INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION COURSES

Suitable for complete beginners and anybody wishing to consolidate and deepen their meditation experience.
TIBETAN SINGING BOWL MEDITATIONS
BOOK
You will be guided through a 1-hour healing meditation, with the frequencies and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls transporting you to your own place of calm, relaxation and healing. Allow yourself to let go, be in the moment and leave your busy life behind for the duration of this class.

WHO
This session is suitable for complete beginners who would like to experience the gentle, calming effects of a guided meditation, as well as experienced meditators who are looking to expand and deepen their practice. 

If you suffer from a heart condition, epilepsy, schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder, this class is not recommended. Please contact me for details.

WHAT TO BRING
You will be lying down during the meditation so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or similar, a blanket to cover yourself with and a small pillow.

Join us on a journey of serenity and rejuvenation at our Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Singing Bowl mini-retreat.

Step into our sacred space and leave behind the stresses of daily life. Immerse yourself in a gentle flow of yoga postures guided by Zoe, of Zoe Stone Yoga, allowing each movement to soothe your body and calm your mind.
After the yoga there will be a short break to enjoy some healthy drinks and nibbles before we get ready to drift away into peaceful relaxation with the Tibetan bowls.
As the healing sounds and vibrations fill the room and travel through your body, Zoë will be quietly going around the room to provide Reiki healing.

This experience is designed to reset your nervous system and provide nourishment and healing to body and mind. It’s a chance to replenish your energy and restore inner balance.
