MANUELA, BSoM
I began my meditation journey over a decade ago, when I was going through an incredibly stressful time in my life and suddenly began to suffer from intense anxiety and debilitating panic attacks. Meditation gently taught me to be in the present moment, without worry about the future or judgement about the past. It provided a much needed reset button to find calm in times of turbulence and restore my inner balance.

I have since been on a journey of learning and discovery and have explored many different styles of meditation and mindfulness with many different teachers, all providing unique perspectives and invaluable guidance. Particularly the frequencies and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls have helped me to deepen my personal practice and allowed me to gently introduce meditation to many people with little or no prior experience.

I am now a qualified meditation teacher, trained and accredited by the British School of Meditation. As part of my training, which I passed with distinction, I extensively studied and practiced different forms of meditation, their history and recent scientific research into the multiple health benefits they provide.

The British School of Meditation course is externally accredited by Ascentis, an Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual, the governing body regulating all exams and qualifications (www.ofqual.gov.uk) .
